What should we eat in the future? Whatever feels best.

Pose this question to chefs, dietary professionals, farmers, kids, gardeners and researchers, or your grandma, and everyone will have something else to add. We are here to look at as many aspects as possible of how to eat sustainably, and to cook some real good food along the way.

By sustainable eating we mean a diet that keeps us healthy on the long run (or does not directly harm our health), and also a diet that does not harm the environment. These two aspects can be interpreted a million ways, but we have only one aim: to keep it real. If change starts with us, we have to be able to sustain our chosen diet.

At futureater we believe that healthy and environmentally friendly eating is one of many ways to a good life. We keep exploring this path, one recipe, restaurant, or dietary guideline at a time.
