Pea & feta dip
  1. Chop the garlic, and add to a skillet with the olive oil. Start heating over low heat
  2. After about a minute, add the grean peas, salt and pepper. Stir, cover, and allow to cook for about 7-10 minutes.
  3. When the peas are soft, transfer to a big bowl. Add the crumbled feta and the sour cream or creme fraice, and a glug of olive oil, and use a hand blander to mix it to a soft cream. Add a tablespoon of warm water (or more sour cream) if you want a smoother consistency.
